The Allgäu high Alps, cycling and hiking trails, ski lift, toboggan run, bathing lakes and much more are quickly reached. Numerous shopping and refreshments are within walking distance of the apartment. Train station, bus stop and bike rental in the immediate vicinity as well as the underground parking space (only small cars, see 'access for guests') simplify the stay.

Enjoy your time out in this beautiful and cozy apartment with stunning views of the Grünten and the Allgäu mountains. The apartment is very quietly located, in the middle of the Upper Allgäu, with many ski resorts, cross-country ski trails, hiking trails, swimming lakes, racing bike routes and mountain bike trails at your doorstep. Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

Allgäuliebe Waltenhofen

From this centrally located accommodation, you are in no time at all important places. Within a three-minute walk you can reach a supermarket, the bakery, the butcher, the pharmacy and a great restaurant with beer garden. The town of Kempten can be reached in five minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight of the house. The apartment (90 sqm) is located on the first floor, is very bright and spacious. The terrace (5x3m) has a view of a fauna flora habitat.

From here you can start directly for hiking, biking or other outdoor activities. A modern decor, fully equipped kitchen and fiber-optic internet invite you to relax or work in the apartment. Cozy room for 1-2 people in Blaichach

Our 19 sqm guest room is rented above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet. The room has a fridge, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, bicycles, etc. can be safely stored in the basement. A parking space in the courtyard is reserved for you. Bed linen, blankets, towels and breakfast dishes as well as tea/coffee are provided.

Beautiful apartment in Martinzszell in the Allgäu

Whether you want to relax in peace or actively explore the Allgäu, you are in the right place. Our newly furnished apartment offers the right starting point for all activities. Martinszell (near Waltenhofen) is about 2 km from the beautiful Lake Niedersonthofen, which invites you to swim, walk or bike. Kempten and Immenstadt are about 15 minutes, to Oberstdorf about half an hour.

Holiday Home with splendid views

Welcome to our appartment on Rottachsee in Petersthal. The appartment has two rooms with about 71 sqm. The whole living area is designed with wooden floors . A well-equipped fitted kitchen with hob , oven, fridge, coffee machine, etc. is available. We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!

In our apartment Hase you will find space for 2 people in the dining-living-sleeping area. Optionally, a baby crib can be placed.
