Kleines, neu renoviertes Appartment in einfacher Umgebung in der Münchener City Ost, das ich in der Woche für Projektarbeit in München selbst nutze und ansonsten gern vermiete. U-Bahn Kolumbusplatz ist 100m entfernt mit direkter Anbindung an die Innenstadt (Sendlinger Tor = 2 Stationen, Messe = 9 Stationen). Geschäfte wie Bäcker, Rewe, Edeka, Rossmann und Apotheke sind in Fußnähe. Sehr empfehlenswertes Italienisches Restaurant und weitere interessante Gastronomie ebenfalls. Enjoy your stay! 🎅

Short Term Stay Octoberfest or longer?

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

The flat is situated on the first floor of an apartment building and covers approximately 50 m2. It has a large living/dining room (including TV), one bedroom, a bathroom and a small separate hall area. The bedroom has a double bed and there is a single bed and a pull-out sofa bed also available (a cot can also be provided on request). The kitchen is fully-equipped, with a cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, cooffee machine and a kettle. Non-Smoking-Apartment

Private apartment near Giesinger Bahnhof, Munich

The apartment is situated on the third floor, with a small balcony overlooking Giesingerplatz. There are several supermarkets less than 200m away, as well as a train, subway and bus station around 50m away (Giesinger Bahnhof). It has a lot of light. Since it is my permanent residence all my belongings are there at all times, but there is free space in the closet and drawers. It is perfectly for teleworking, with a big desk, two work chairs and fast wifi connection.

Monoblock Klimabox. Neighbourhood quiet residential estate directly on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy everywhere. S-Bahn 7 min walk or 1 min bus. 15 min drive to Marienplatz.
