Our 55 sqm apartment offers a cozy and modern living space, perfect for couples or solo travelers. It offers a combined kitchen and living room, equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed. Another double bed can be available for visits of 3/4 guests. In a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by green spaces and free parking spots, and steps away from the charming Giesing. Nearby buses can swiftly take you to Ostbahnhof (10-minutes) or Schwabing (35).

Chic studio in the center (French Quarter)

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Small, newly renovated apartment in a simple environment in Munich City East, which I use myself during the week for project work in Munich and otherwise like to rent out. U-Bahn Kolumbusplatz is 100 m away with direct connections to the city center (Sendlinger Tor = 2 stations, trade fair = 9 stations). Shops such as bakeries, Rewe, Edeka, Rossmann and pharmacies are within walking distance. Highly recommended Italian restaurant and other interesting gastronomy as well. Enjoy your stay! 🙂

This beautifully designed, bright and airy one bedroom apartment is the perfect place to stay for tourists, professionals or students. It is situated in trendy 'Obergiesing', just 5 min walking distance from the tube, bus and tram. The flat is on the first floor of an old beautiful building, close to the city center, perfect located for a good night sleep and relaxing stay. The apartment is fully furnished with luxury designer furniture and has recently been completely renovated.

Private apartment near Giesinger Bahnhof, Munich

The apartment is situated on the third floor, with a small balcony overlooking Giesingerplatz. There are several supermarkets less than 200m away, as well as a train, subway and bus station around 50m away (Giesinger Bahnhof). It has a lot of light. Since it is my permanent residence all my belongings are there at all times, but there is free space in the closet and drawers. It is perfectly for teleworking, with a big desk, two work chairs and fast wifi connection.

The studios are located on the ground floor and top floor and offer 27 square meters in space. The bedrooms have a king-size bed with a comfortable mattress. Each studio has a desk, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a new bathroom with a walk-in shower. During the day the studios have plenty of natural light and at night the blackout curtains guarantee a perfect level of darkness. The design is new, simple and fresh.

A Supermarket under the flat will serve you until from 8:00-20:00. Closed on SUNDAY! The station `Wettersteinplatz` is 1 min by walk to the flat. From here you are whithin 5 Stations (8 mins) in the heart of Munich "Hauptbahnhof" "Munich Central Station". Have a fantastic stay :)

Direct subway connection to the trade fair! The apartment is close to the city center, there ist public transportation in 8 minute walking distance. You can reach the city center in 10 minutes, Oktoberfest in 15 minutes by subway. The spacious one-room apartment (approx. 24 sqm) was completely renovated and furnished in spring 2024. There is a SMART TV with Netflix in the living room.
