Guesthouse vacation rentals in Oberhavel

Wonderful set of apartments in a great area of Berlin, right next to a SBahn stop 10 mins away from Mitte. We used the place as a group of 12 students, for which the common room was particularly helpful. The rooms are excellent and as described, and the price is really a bargain when calculated per person. Entrance to the courtyard is also the service door for a restaurant, but with a big group as is intended for this place you are not bothered by this at all. Fully recommended!

A lovingly furnished apartment where you can feel comfortable. The garden with everything you need to linger and relax invites you to linger. Especially the kitchen is top equipped for an apartment, here remained nothing to be desired. Big plus: We find the place particularly child-friendly :)!

Had a great time and would stay again. Cute accomodation with a fireplace and the kitchen has everything you need. Directly outside the cottage you walk into nature and the Kloster is in short walking distance. Perfect for a weekend outside the city. Host is very helpful and communicative.

everything perfect in the accommodation, the neighborhood has everything and it is very nice, only the transfer from Berlin to the area was complicated because we were told only one form of transportation the xual was the least convenient, use bus 248 and metro line 5 much more effective, using location on Google gave us these options, otherwise everything was fine.

Everything is great. We will be happy to come back.

We were very warmly welcomed by Hans and felt very comfortable right from the start in the beautiful and cozy house by the lake. We particularly liked swimming and paddling on the clear limestone lake, relaxing in the beautiful & quiet garden and hiking in the midst of untouched nature. Showering in the bathhouse was pleasant and the heating with the wood-burning stove worked well and contributed to the coziness, especially in the evening. Hans and Maria were very helpful and available at any time. Thank you very much for the great time in your really very beautiful idyll!

Check in was easy. The place is great. Very cozy with attention to detail. The kitchen is super equipped and even has a large selection of spices. The garden is very cozy with various seating options and magnificent views. There's a lot to do in the area. We also had the sauna in the garden available. We met Charles briefly. I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and perfectly equipped – nothing was missing. The quiet location, the inviting terrace and the close proximity to the lake and forest make the surroundings ideal for a relaxing break. Check-in went completely smoothly and Andrea and her husband were super friendly and helpful. You immediately feel welcome! I will definitely return!

Jacqueline was an amazing host and the summer house was lovely. We loved returning to it after our city adventures. The best thing was the coffee machines and the warm floor for the bathroom.

My girlfriends and I made a spontaneous birthday strip. The accommodation was easily accessible from us from Berlin. We felt right at home and enjoyed the beautiful area very much. Communication was also always very good. I can only recommend this cute place, the amenities are great and if you feel like a bit of peace and nature, this is the place to be. We had a very nice time 😊

We had an exceptional stay at Mrs. Sirka's home. The landlady is an exceptional and kind person, who has provided us with all the necessary information before our arrival. Traveling without a car, we really appreciated your kindness in giving us a ride to the train station, not once but twice. The place is very nice, clean and well-kept, with all the necessary services available. The surrounding area is beautiful, surrounded by greenery, with a lake and numerous trails for walking or cycling. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely come back to this wonderful place. Highly recommended!

Barbara is a great host. Although I didn't had a chance to meet her personally, due to my agenda, she was always answering my questions and was taking care about how our experience is going. The house was perfectly clean in a very nice and calm region, next to a lake and within a very beautiful garden.

Beautiful private house, entrance to the lake with a key, great cleanliness. The only thing is that there was no shower foam, large shower towels, and a roll of paper for the kitchen, but nothing so important. The host was quick to respond. Highly recommend

Quiet accommodation and conducive to rest after a day of sightseeing. Proximity to public transport to get around Berlin easily. Very convenient S9 line (airport and Berlin center) Köpenick (2 tram stops) that we discovered on the last day is worth a visit (seaside activities)

We had a fantastic stay! We enjoyed staying at the house as much as discovering the surrounding areas. Bernd and Annette have created a place filled with beauty and harmony. Thank you, Annete, for the fantastic studio visit! and Bernd for picking us up since we got off the bus a couple of stops before our destination. We had a very pleasant and child-friendly holiday, the communication with the landlords was very friendly and warm. However, to get into the next larger city Röbel you need a mobile pedestal, car or bike. With toddler it is a bit too far on foot.

We had great Easter and the place is perfect from the layout for several people and well equipped.

Wonderful cottage on old estate grounds, we were greeted with a crackling fireplace and lots of useful information about the house and area. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is available, a beautiful sunny living and dining room with garden access is the icing on the cake of the house. We felt very comfortable. Everything is as in the photos and even nicer! Thanks to Felicitas and family.

Our stay at Ricke's place was beautiful! The house is lovingly furnished and there is everything you need. The sauna and gas grill were welcome extras. We were impressed by the many possibilities that the house and yard offer for children. You can easily spend the whole day here without getting bored. Ricke and her family were always responsive, friendly and cared for us. We especially fell in love with "Trudchen", the farm dog. We can only rave and will definitely be back.

My daughter was able to help us find the place seeing how she lives in Germany. It was very cozy and tucked away. In the garden area Im sure it’s beautiful to sit outside and have a morning coffee. Going in Nov-Dec is a damp and chilly time but the place was very cozy and plenty warm inside. The bed had warm comforters that were perfect. Every thing was marked well for recycling or use of their place. We were mainly there in the early mornings, left around 10am and back by 9pm. We had places to go everyday w/our daughter and had a chance to visit many places in Berlin. The train station was within walking distance and she would meet us there. Some of the mornings we made breakfast and a REWE was conveniently within walking distance. Also a great little cafe. We went to visit my daughter so I knew we’d see all that we wanted too plus. I choose the place mainly for the amenities and distance to the surrounding things. Erika and Hann were lovely hosts and I definitely would recommend.
