The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

We offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated cottage for exclusive use. Alpine cosiness meets modernity here. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltal Glacier cable car and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Apartment "Manggeihütte Top 1" is a spacious apartment in Neukirchen am Großvenediger. The apartment has a spacious living room with a sofa bed, open kitchen and south facing balcony. On the same floor you will find a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Under the house is a spacious ski shop with ski boot dryers. There is also a laundry room and a sauna, which can be used in consultation. There are plenty of parking spaces around the house.

You have 2 bedrooms with the possibility of providing a crib. There are also 2 bathrooms, 1 living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Your VACATION awaits!

The guesthouse Hölzlbauer is located in a quiet location at about 1700 meters of altitude and is the perfect starting point, whether in winter or summer. Just a few meters away is the new Duxer X-Press and allows an uncomplicated one to enter the Zillerta Arena in winter. In summer for hikes or mountain bike tour in the Hohe Tauern National Park. The nearest place to shop can be reached by car (there is a savings market at the lift station in winter).

In our studio you will find the perfect base for your outdoor adventure, only 3 minutes walk from the Finkenberger Almbahn! It is a larger bright room with a very good and newly furnished kitchenette, shower, toilet and large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains in the afternoon. In the morning, I will put fresh rolls in front of the door on request. With nature in our hearts, we look forward to seeing you!

In the Junior Suite with mountain view category, an apartment of over 30 m² for up to three people with a king-size double bed and a high-quality single sofa bed awaits you. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area, a luxurious bathroom with an oversized shower and washer-dryer, as well as a 10 m² terrace with ample seating for a hearty outdoor breakfast with stunning views of the Tyrolean mountains.

Cozy apartment centrally located in Krimml

Our small apartment offers the perfect starting point to discover Krimml and the entire Zillertal. It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.
