For the car there is either a parking space in the underground parking or right in front of the house. In the apartment there are some hiking books for the summer season. At 1200m you enjoy the quiet and beautiful nature of the alps with a stunning panorama and view of the ski area "hochzeiger". The heavenly box spring bed, fully equipped kitchen, big smart TV including Netflix and daily bread service offer a high level of comfort.

Although centrally located in the city, the location on the river creates a feel-good atmosphere all year round.
