The apartment comprises the entire top floor of an old building in a central location, about 3 minutes' walk from the train station. The cozy living atmosphere on a total of 126 m² and the additional highlight - the garden-side roof terrace - quickly make you forget the missing elevator. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. The surroundings offer a varied program!
