The apartment is the lower floor of our architect designed villa, and we live upstairs. A small shady terrace complements the 100-square-meter apartment, which also has a wood-burning stove and huge soaking tub. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with a huge tub, a spacious dining room, a large living room with fireplace and a ¾ bed, and a bedroom with a ¾ bed. An extra bed or baby bed can be arranged. Access to washing machine. You will have access to your own private terrace, and free parking. You will have your own separate apartment with your own entrance and small terrace. You will have access to laundry room. The apartment is the lower floor in our big villa. We have lived in Aarhus for many years, love the city and will be happy to give you advice about the neighbourhood and the city. This apartment is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood only 2 kilometers from the city. Hike and bike in the forest only steps away and stroll to the beach in minutes. A short walk will reach Tivoli Friheden amusement park and Marselisborg Castle City busses is just around the corner, the light rail and train station is 3 km away. There is free parking just outside our door. Lounge furniture on the terrace with really cozy outside fireplace in the corner of the terrace. After a walk by the beach, which is 300 meters away, it's nice to light up the Fire Oven in the living room and relax on the big soft couch. There is a swing stand at the bottom of the garden. Bonfire place is also available in the garden. Covered entrance. And a covered terrace where there is a gas grill, and a charcoal grill.

Relax in this unique and quiet home overlooking Vejle Fjord, fields and forests. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Keep in mind that the stairs to the 1st floor are a bit steep, and there's not so much space around the double bed. Outside there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood. Both bed linen and towels are included.

Possibility to bring a horse.
