In good weather, the harbor promenade just outside is well visited. Cozy and well-utilized bathhouse with sleeping loft. Fantastic, south-facing, 180-degree panoramic views of the water, harbor and city skyline. Small living at its best - perfect for couples or business travelers. The kitchen with electric kettle and fridge - not possible to cook hot food.

Two ensuite rooms with internet and TV in an extension of the house with its own entrance from the yard. From the hallway to the basement is a large bathroom, which is only used by guests and a small fully functional KITCHENETTE with microwave, electric kettle and small refrigerator. In the garden there is a fire pit and fireplace that can be freely used. The house is centrally located with 300 meters to public transport and 200 meters to shopping. 7 km to Saksild Strand and 10 km to Hou. It's clean and cozy, but don't expect high hotel standards.
