Apartment ideally located just past the beautiful St Joseph's Church. In a small building of 5 units. Stay in peace and quiet, ideal for a business or tourist trip. This 42 m2 T2 (renovated in April 2021) is faceless, crossing (southeast /southwest) and very bright! Bi-zone underfloor heating (it is possible to differentiate the temperature of the chamber). Wifi Fibre, new 30"TV in the living room with NETFLIX! Free and easy parking!
