Futon that can sleep 2 kids or 1 adults snuggly, (Please Let Me Know if you want the futon made into a bed it needs extra padding to sleep on) TV & internet. Hiking, Biking, 10 minutes to the beach and downtown Ventura. Pets are welcome. Please note that this space shares a wall with the main house.

Cute, clean, light, historic 1930's townhouse in prime West Beach location. Close to all Santa Barbara has to offer. Walk to Beach, Harbor, Funk zone, and State Street. This is an older house that has not been recently updated; there are some quirks, but most guests find it quite charming.
