The 3rd and lower acre is separate from the house and scope of the rental and is home to my orchard and nursery run by farmer and permaculture hero Mark. You are welcome to access the lower acre, but it is not part of your airbnb territory.

We are pet friendly and will ask for a $125 pet fee on top of your accommodations. Please let me know if you will be bringing a pet. An 8% TOT Tax is included in the accommodation rate.
