There is a private entrance and private courtyard with garden furniture, barbecue and fire pit. Private parking space and space for bicycles. The home consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom with shower. Living room with a sofa bed (140 cm) and Smart TV (Chromecast - % TV channels). The sofa bed is with a real mattress + quality top mattress. In addition, a bedroom with a double bed (180 cm).

The apartment is divided into two floors that have everything, as well as a cozy garden with a covered terrace, which is unique for such a central location. Ellers er der gratis parkering hele døgnet ca fem minutters gang fra huset
