Monthly Rentals in Old City, Philadelphia

Such a gem! The place was sparkling clean and was so unique. You could just feel the charm and history all around you. Our six-year-old is now asking "why don't we live on a cobblestone street?" Owners are friendly, very responsive and provided excellent instructions and recommendations. This was a perfect getaway for our family. Highly recommend!

Overall very easy and comfortable stay. Could use a more clear description of how to enter (starting with the correct address in the email) so you don't try 4 entrances before finding the right one. And could use clearer instructions on accessing the parking for the 1st time. Also, if you list the sofa as a bed, it ought to not have super-bright street lamps shining directly into the space. Finally, sofa cushions are horrendous. Hard board sticking up into my thighs if I sat for more than 10 minutes. Apart from these small things, the location is easy to access all Philly has to offer and the main bed is comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect location! Very clean and comfortable. Big bed and shower. Felt safe and a clean area of Philly. Highly recommend.

We had the best time staying at Greg’s place for our girls trip to Philly! Excellent location and had everything we needed. They reached out as soon as we got there to answer any questions we had. Would stay again!
