Monthly Rentals in Old Orchard Beach

I was there for 155 days and was very comfortable. I enjoyed the view and the area, shops, restaurants, etc. My host was extremely friendly!! I highly recommend staying here if you enjoy the beach!!

the cottage was great for everything we needed. it has cooking utensils and appliances, a roomy fridge, a nice hang out space indoors and outdoors, and it was pet accommodating which is always great. it’s a bit close to the other little cottages but I knew that when booking from the photos. the neighborhood is super cute. it was small for the price but a great area with a lot to do with gorgeous scenery so it was worth it to not be cooped up in a hotel.

Deborah was very helpful and quick to respond. She had great suggestions on where and what to visit. The travel magazines she had on her TV stand were extremely helpful. The bed was very soft, which I love, so I slept really well. We loved the touch of having beach chairs available. The only downsides I can think of, are that the shower is very small, and it’s hard to back out of the parking space.
