The bathroom is a Jack and Jill bathroom with a claw foot tub. Note..It is an extremely small bathroom. Cute galley kitchen leads to the basement with washer & dryer.

We are a small acreage just 15 minutes from Iowa City, 7 minutes from Solon, and 30 minutes from the Cedar Rapids airport. Our converted barn is at the back of the property, behind the house. There is a separate road leading back to the barn for super convenient parking. It’s rustic, cozy, warm and inviting.

Originally the first floor of a 1900 home for railroad workers in Marion, it is now a refurbished 2 bedroom apartment we call the Irish hill.
