Excellent quiet stay in this large house, very convenient with 2 bathrooms and bedrooms away from the living room. Very well equipped and functional kitchen. The beach is accessible on foot after a walk in the pine forest.

We had a great stay. The house is really very beautiful and modern. The plus is its outdoor terrace and the sea view. Everything was spotless, the living room large and functional. Everything is tastefully decorated. We loved this rental and the neighborhood is very quiet. I recommend it 100%.

Perfect home for our family reunions. The lake and its little beach across the street were a real plus for our kids!

What can I say? We had a great interaction before we arrived. Then a very nice welcome, Marion greeted us with a smile and was always available to make our stay the most pleasant and practical. We even came to share an aperitif together in a very good spirit of conviviality. And the check-out went very well too. So thank you very much and if we have a chance we will come back. The little extra: direct access to the forest that allows beautiful walks or morning sports.

We had a great time at Emilie's home. The environment was very quiet. The kids were able to take advantage of the heated pool. The House is well equipped . Coastal walks are directly accessible from the house. The city center is a 15mn walk and the supermarket 5 minutes by car . Access to the master suite upstairs is via a narrow spiral staircase, not suitable for young children or in case of Restricted mobility.

We had a wonderful weekend in Chantal's house a stone's throw from the sea,tastefully decorated, very well equipped, nothing is missing and very spacious, teenagers loved their space in the dormitory in the basement, the exteriors are very nice. Chantal is very responsive.

The house is large, warm and comfortable. Everything is within walking distance (access to the sea, playground, shopping street, restaurants). Laurence is very responsive and welcoming. A property to recommend!

We were with family (13 people) with 4 generations from 2 to 88 years old and our stay in the house went very well for everyone, with enough space for everyone to be comfortable! a big bravo for the brand new kitchen which is very nice and convenient. The 4 little ones enjoyed the outdoor and indoor games to the maximum and the covered pool was also very pleasant by this mixed weather in April. In short, the perfect holiday at Alexandre's.

Very nice house where you have the pleasure of not stepping on it even if it rains even if the house is full with the children. The location is ideal with the sea on one side, the port on the other and the village nearby. We did everything on foot. It feels like a well-maintained, family home. Thanks again!

we spent Christmas week at Elodie's. The warm welcome and the many touches to make us feel at home (Christmas tree, chocolate, and an excellent local brioche) immediately helped us to unwind. The calm of the house and the walks in the neighboring state forest to get to the seaside completed an excellent week of rest and family fun!

Staying with friends (12 adults and 2 infants), Guylène and Stéphane's accommodation is perfectly suited. The interior spaces are very nice and well arranged and the outside is the big highlight of the accommodation. Lots of amenities (dishes, cleaning, linens, towels, etc.) and hosts are helpful and available. Next time we'll just think about booking the sun 🌞

Franck was an excellent host and met us when we arrived at the property. He was really friendly and took the time to show us all the facilities including how to remove the pool cover and work the barbecue. We were really thankful Franck helped us make an appointment at the local veterinary for our dog to get pet passport stamped. The accommodation is really spacious and Franck has thought of everything you will need. The outside space is really big with lots of seating and of course the pool. The swimming pool was just fantastic, top quality, very clean and heated to a lovely temperature. We used the barbecue several times which was also high quality. The bedrooms were all large and bed very comfortable. The neighbourhood is very quite and only 10-15 minute walk through a park to the sea front and the beach. Great Boulangerie in Bretignolles. The coastal towns all within easy access. We would highly recommend Francks place and will definitely look to return the in the future.

We had a great time at this place, which turned out to be perfect for our Sunday triathlon! The location is ideal, close to everything and in a quiet area, which allowed us to rest well before the event. The house is spacious, bright, tastefully decorated, and perfectly equipped. The bedding is extremely comfortable, and the cleanliness is impeccable. We won't hesitate to come back for another stay!

Beautiful place ideally located near the sea. The accommodation is functional with a well-equipped kitchen. The size is large enough to accommodate 7 people and a baby. We were able to enjoy a beautiful space. As for the pool, it's a real plus. Luckily it is heated given the arrival of cooler temperatures. In short, we are delighted with this weekend .

Isabelle was a fantastic host. The accommodation was just as described and the pool brilliant, just what we needed. Would have loved to have stayed longer.
