Granite counters, hickory cabinets, hot tub. The hot tub over looks the Truckee river and all it's beauty. We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. Less than 2mi to the local favorites-West Shore Market, Sunnyside, & Fire Sign Cafe.

Upstairs queen bedroom, a pull out sofa bed downstairs, and pull out twin bed in the loft. Please note inquire if you’d like to bring a pet. Pets are limited to one dog 30lbs or less.
