Welcome to our home on the Truckee River. The downstairs has an open floor plan with the living area, kitchen/dining & the den all connected with beautiful reclaimed oak hardwood flooring. Granite counters, hickory cabinets, hot tub. The hot tub over looks the Truckee river and all it's beauty. We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. Have Fun!!

Live like a local, in this recently updated space! Two blocks from Tahoe City. Cross country ski and snowshoe trails right out the back door, 15 minutes to Alpine Meadows ski resort. Walk to town and Après at the best restaurants in Tahoe! This Cabin is 368 square feet. It has a gas fire place on a thermostat that keeps it nice and warm in the winter months. Snow removal is included. There is a new gas range/oven and all the cooking utensils you’ll need! We also have a new refrigerator!

An open living area features a spacious leather sectional sofa, complemented by wooden beams and natural light streaming through large windows. A light fixture hangs above a dining area, where a table is set for meals. A cozy ambiance is enhanced by the surrounding wood paneling.
