We will rent one building for one group per night. Pets are welcome. Meals are not provided, but cooking utensils are provided in the internal kitchen, so please bring only the ingredients and feel free to use them. There is a shower, but no hot tub. In addition, during the winter months from December to March, the shower room is closed for anti-freezing measures for the prevention of freezing. Please use the neighborhood hot spring facility. There are no toothbrushes, shaving, etc., so please bring your own bring your own. WiFi and parking is available. The main house next door is an old house built about 150 years ago.We are a couple renovated little by little. It's like baking something and drinking something in the hearth! This is a house with a superb view overlooking Lake Nojiri. There are several ski slopes (Myoko, Kurohime, and Masao), about 15-20 minutes away, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Since it is a house nestled in the mountains, we will do our best to take care of it, but during the warmer months, insects can be seen.It snows a lot in winter.In autumn, the leaves dance. You must also adjust the fire in the wood stove yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but it's got an incredible view. We moved to this area from Tokyo because this area is not commercialized, but intact from urbanization. So if you are looking for something different than usual sightseeing, here could be the place to visit. This house used to be a ski ryokan, and we renovated it by ourselves with abandoned and local materials to maintain nice and old Japanese architectural taste.
