We love staying at Jennifer’s home. This was the second time, but not as a vacation. A family member had passed and being able to stay at Jennifer’s made everything easier. Additionally, Jennifer left us flowers and a bottle of wine to acknowledge our loss. So very thoughtful.

My family had an awesome holiday at Tafari's home the space was perfect for us. The home is very spacious, and the kitchen is very well equipped, it had everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds are super comfortable. And the host is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Thank you and we will be back!

This was a most peaceful and enjoyable get-away in the Adirondacks. The house is spacious yet has a cozy and comfortable, home-like feel. It was pristinely clean, the amenities are plentiful and top-notch. The hosts were friendly, easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The homemade loaf of bread left for us was delicious and just the kind of personal touch felt throughout the house. I have to note that I never sleep through the night in my own bed but here I slept all night for both nights of my stay! Maybe it was the jet bath, maybe the bed, maybe the bread, I’m not sure but I highly recommend this place.

Chalice was very nice and super accommodating to our last minute stay. There were snacks left for us to enjoy and the home was very clean. The home was even bigger inside than anticipated from the pictures. Despite a lot of snowfall in the area, she did a great job shoveling and giving access to the property. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area!

good private place, felt at home. no disturbance what do ever, didn't even see the other people within the building. it was nice and peaceful.

The place is exactly as the pictures shown. Very clean and comfy, close to many restaurants and Semira has great communication and is very attentive.

Very responsive and friendly host, clean and super close to Hamilton College. (We could have walked back and forth!) Simple with no frills, but perfect for a weekend visit with our son. Great stay!

If you are looking for a comfortable place in Utica, this is definitely the spot.

There isn’t enough space to share all the great things about this place. Remarkably clean, modern amenities, comfortable furniture, and on and on. The hosts are friendly and easy to get ahold of if needed. This is our second stay and it’s was just as beautiful as it was 3 years ago. It’s definitely one of the best places we have ever stayed at. The added bonus is the beautiful lake with easy access for seasonal enjoyment.

Kathleen was a fantastic host, and the place was exactly as advertised! She was incredibly responsive, clear, and concise in her communication. We were last-minute guests due to another host not responding, but she was very accommodating and made the check-in process seamless. Side note: I usually struggle to find a good mattress, but this one was shockingly comfortable! I wasn’t necessarily looking for a premium-priced stay, but I definitely got a premium sleep—and to me, that’s real value. I’ll 100% be coming back for a future weekend getaway to the casino!

Great location. I was in town to attend my granddaughter’s Christening. Took in the casino as well. Enjoyable stay.

The condo is beautiful and perfect location! We liked having the beach right in the backyard and seeing the beautiful sunsets! Quick walk to everything in town. Plenty of bath and beach towels provided. My kids had a blast with the arcade game! Host is quick to respond. We would def book again at this house!

I didn't realize that you had to bring your own linen. Sara was nice enough to include it with our stay. Very nice thing to do

Kevin's place was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had all the ammenities we needed for our two-night stay. It's clear that Kevin has put a lot of work into fixing up this house. There were still a few windows that needed repair but they were well-sealed and felt safe. From the house we were able to walk to central Utica without any problem, and to access groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, etc quite easily. Parking was very easy on the property and on the street. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well. We did feel that Utica overall was pretty run down, and I would not have felt safe walking around at night in any area of the city. However, the house is in a quiet, residential part of town, and we did not run into any difficulties. We really appreciated a calm, clean quiet home to come back to after our explorations of the town. Definitely a good place to stay at a great price if you are in Utica. And Kevin was a thoughtful and responsive host.

Casa Lago (upper) is the place to be! My family and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay as it was colorful, clean, and spacious . The decor adds that extra happiness of being at the beach. Location is key, and Casa Lago is in a prime spot within walking distance to all the fun Sylvan Beach has to offer! The view of the lake from the deck is spectacular! We enjoyed the music from Harpoon Eddies (next door) each evening on the deck. Codey was a great host! He responded to any questions we had in stellar time, and he made sure we had everything we needed. We have been visiting Sylvan Beach for 30+ years, and staying at Casa Lago just made it all the more special this year!
