Gorgeous little spot in the core of the downtown. Walking distance to many nice stops and spots, including multiple breweries! one of which we could see from the windows of the bedrooms!

Wonderful place to stay right on the lake. We enjoyed The simplicity of the check-in and access to amenities. Our host was very responsive and even took care of us when we forgot one of our belongings. Would stay here again!

Great little place in a convenient location for all things wine country.

Danny and Joo are extremely hospitable! They are kind and responsive always making sure my stay is comfortable and restful. The home and neighborhood are beautiful and quiet. This was my second stay and I will absolutely stay again! I highly recommend their home!!

This was so cute! It was so peaceful to be out in the woods right by the creek where we could hear the water and just listen to the birds on the back deck. It was very cozy and clean. It rained all weekend and was still so nice to just listen to the rain and put on a Chris Stapleton vinyl and drink some wine in the afternoon. My dog was also very comfortable there which says a lot.

Jessica's "Apres Ski" apartment was the perfect place to stay for our President's Day weekend ski trip from NJ. Bristol Mtn is literally a 30 seconds drive - making the location ideal. The apartment was spotless with all the amenities you need (or forgot to bring!). Jessica also left us a treat of chocolates as it was also Valentines Day when we checked in! Thank you for a wonderful stay, and we will be back!

My girlfriends and I booked Bob’s place for a weekend away to wine country. We had the best time. No one bothered us at Bob’s place. The place was tidy and as described. The location was in the heart of it all. It is walking distance to great restaurants and entertainment. Bob was very friendly and easy to chat with if you needed anything or to give you information. Check-in an out was a breeze. Thanks for a great stay, Bob! The girls and I had many laughs and a wonderful weekend away.

Loved staying here, very easy check in with clear instructions. Cozy condo with all the amenities we needed. We were traveling with an infant so it was especially appreciated that Bridget provided a pack n play! I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at Jamie's place with two other girl friends from my doctoral program to progress thesis writing. The apartment was very comfortable and the internet was reliable. We were a short walk from some nice places to eat so we could also enjoy Geneva (Cosentino's and Eddie O'Briens Grille & Bar). Jamie was very responsive and flexible. The whole weekend was a great experience and we are very thankful. The only issue we had is that the bar was showing the Miami football game and not the Syracuse game. They graciously changed channels on one TV at our request but what is wrong with this town.....supporting a Florida team over the 'Cuse??? Go Orange!!!! If you stay at Jamie's, strongly suggest coffee for a sunrise or your favorite beverage for a sunset in the cupola...you can see the whole quaint town and the lake in the distance. ...so serene.

We were so happy with Joan’s lovely apartment. First floor entry for my 80 year old Mom. Lovely decor , spacious and clean. All the things to make our stay homey and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Good parking . Unfortunately, we were only there for the night. I’d love to return for a longer stay.

Dennis was a great host and Kelly’s Suite is simple, peaceful, and perfect. It’s a great place to stay close to a lot of things to do and places to eat. The welcome binder provided gave us a lot of good ideas to eat. It was so nice we actually ordered takeout while there and spent the evening inside to enjoy the peace and quiet that Kelly’s Suite has to offer. Highly reccomend!

Loved staying at the cottage! Very peaceful, perfect for one person or a couple visiting Geneva. Quick drive to town but in a quiet area. Would absolutely stay here again!

This was our second time staying here because we loved it so much the first time! Charming apartment with everything you need and wonderful location - hard to beat! Anne is quick and thorough with communication and also provides great recommendations for things to do in the area. Highly recommend!

We had a nice stay visiting our son at college. The location was perfect for us to walk to the school and town restaurants. short ride to other breweries & wineries. It was not a busy weekend so it was nice & quiet. The beds were very comfortable. Greg was very responsive and also offered additional suggestions for our somewhat rainy day. Very happy with our weekend stay.

We stayed in the Polo room and it was absolutely charming. Lovely old row house in downtown Geneva, nicely renovated. Liked the church bells in the mornings. Everything is set up for you to relax and enjoy your stay, even touches like umbrellas in the entrance if you need them. Anne is an excellent host. Will definitely be back!!!

We had a wonderful stay! Absolutely beautiful home-extremely clean with gorgeous furnishings. Great location in nice area. We hope to come back in the future!

We had a great time staying here, it was our base of operations as we explored the finger lakes region. The building was pretty and the room was as described. We made the mistake of packing all of it clothes for the week in one big suitcase... was a bit rough to drag up four floors of stairs, but that was our fault for not thinking ahead. Additionally, parking was generally easy. We did have to park away from the house a few times at the end of the week as the local college was having orientation. That should not normally be a problem.

Seth and Annie are ALWAYS great hosts when my family comes from out of town to stay! Their place is absolutely beautiful, clean, great artwork throughout, just the right amount of kitchen space for the length of the stay. Thank you!
