Located on the ground floor of a recent residence, our 45m2 apartment benefits from a terrace and an ideal garden for children who will play under the supervision of the parents! The residence Les Cristallines*** is central: less than 250 m from the center of the resort and access to the track (via the escalators, it's still more fast!) and right in front of the Piou Piou garden. The residence also benefits from a concierge and a warm common room with billiards, fireplace and panoramic terrace!

This appartment is on the ground floor of an old house in the centre of Vallouise. It is built into an old Vaulted cellar. There is a well equipped kitchen with a large dining area and sitting room with TV .The bedroom is at the back in the Vaults and does not have a window but is cosy .
