The Moulin de Fontbouillant "The Romantic"

Old mill of the 18th, in the middle of beautiful nature, serene and green, animated by the only music of the water and birds. Your self-contained home overlooks the vast garden and a small stream. Guests are welcome to use the fitness room, playground, and table tennis as well as the twenty-meter swimming pool and hallway. Located near a small town with all shops and 50 km from Bordeaux, you are in the heart of the Cognac and Pineau region.

1 hour from Bordeaux, 25 minutes from Saint Emilion, 4 km from Cercoux, at the edge of the woods in this pretty little fully-equipped studio (independent entrance (key box), kitchen and dining area, with basic necessities (coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, etc...) and all the linen, you will enjoy a peaceful setting next to the owners who will be at your disposal. Located in an old house, it is naturally air-conditioned for the heat.

Small house "Chez Denise"

Small house full of charm, which has been totally renovated by us and now offers a modern and functional accommodation, with a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, toilet, a sitting area with sofa bed, and a veranda. You have at your disposal, a Tassimo coffee machine, in front of a small garden and barbecue. Sheets and towels are provided as well as two adult bikes. On the other hand, we don't have Wi-Fi.

Its geographical location allows you to visit all the must-see places of Gironde easily and quickly.
