Monthly Rentals in Orikum

Charming apartment, very clean and comfortable. Great place if you want to get away from busy Vlore. The apartment has everything you need and next door is a mini market that provides all essentials as well as some food, drinks, and fresh fruit. The beach is right in front of the building which is amazing. The location itself doesn't have a huge offer, some beaches and a couple of restaurants in walkable distance. You can get there by bus and the next larger village by the sea (Orikum) is a 45 min walk away. But you would probably get more out of your stay if you have a car. They're building more hotels in the area so I'm expecting the location to become more busy in the next years. But for now, especially later in the season, it's nice and quiet.

We stayed 9 days at this place. For us Orikum was well placed in relation to everything we wanted to do. Everything was very good, perfect accommodation for 2/3 people with a lot of small details in equipment that improves the daily life of a stay. Very quiet neighborhood, and 03 to 15 minutes' walk from all the shops and restaurants of Orikum. To conclude, if I had one piece of advice, you can book without a second thought. As far as Flavia is concerned, she is always there if you need her and is very open to any information you can provide to improve her home and hospitality.

I had an amazing stay at Nathan Apartament in Orikum! The apartment is absolutely beautiful—modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with every comfort in mind. The space is bright and airy, that makes it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The location is fantastic, close to the beach and just a short drive from Vlorë, making it an ideal spot for both tranquility and adventure. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. I highly recommend Nathan to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable stay in Orikum. A beautiful apartment literally 5 seconds away from the beach, which is very rare. It’s perfect for a morning swim and a warm shower right afterwards. Robert and Rudina were wonderful hosts. Very friendly and nice people. We enjoyed the interactions with then very much. They helped us with really everything. From checking in late to going grocery shopping and moving to our next destination. We were very thankful for having such amazing hosts and loved staying at their apartment so much!
