Monthly Rentals in Orinda

Loved our stay! Walkable with tons to do, BART nearby, etc. The driveway is on a busy street, so back the car in every night to make it easier to get out the following day. It wasn't an issue since we walked almost everywhere!

Our second stay at Fred’s place. Well maintained and squeaky clean. Comfortable bedding. Beautiful large bathroom with heated floor and heated toilet seat. A few minutes drive from Orinda Village with grocery store, shops and restaurants. Extremely responsive host. Hope to return in future.

Justen is an excellent host - very prompt and easy to work with. We had a number of requests during our stay for miscellaneous items such as extra light bulbs, paper towels, etc. Justen would always provide the items quickly. Any maintenance issues with home items (stove, thermostat, wi-fi, etc.) were promptly handled. We would definitely plan on staying there again if we need to be in Orinda in the future.

my partner and i loved our stay with tracy. she was responsive the whole time, left the space clean and neat, the instructions were clear. the cottage room was private and had beautiful views of the gardens and nature surrounding the property. very quiet—a perfect retreat for when you’re exhausted from exploring at night and for enjoying a slow morning in the garden.
