The owners live in a separate house on the property and are ready to provide you with knowledge of Chatham’s history and assist you in your explorations of the town or Cape Cod. A quiet home nestled next to conservation land at the end of a dirt road. Though there are neighbors, the landscaping creates a private oasis. The downstairs apartment with private entrance is old New England with Cape Cod affects. The Bedroom has a queen bed. Second sleeping area has a Daybed with trundle and is partially open to the living area. Outside deck has a grill and shower for guest use. Close to School House pond, bike path, and 3 miles from beaches, shopping, and downtown.

This home has been in my family since the 1960’s and you will feel the warmth and charm the minute you step in the door. The location is perfect for nature lovers but within 10 minutes of stores, restaurants, and charming towns. A perfect base for Cape Cod sightseeing.

Quiet locale in the historic village of Quivet Neck, within East Dennis. 35 miles to Provincetown. I do not allow pets. I have family members with severe allergies who use the cottage. There is no AC at this cottage. I have 15 windows, 4 fans and an ocean breeze.

The backyard deck has seating for four and a Weber gas grill. Upstairs, the large, elegant bedroom features a king-sized bed, sitting area, reading nook/twin bed, writing desk, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The half acre property offers beautiful gardens for you to enjoy and a delicious outdoor shower.

Our Cottage sits directly on White Pond tucked away on acres of private property. Our cottage offers a private beach, deck, outdoor shower, outdoor dining area all while enjoying Cape Cod. White Pond is ideal for swimming, boating and fishing. The bike path and well known beaches are less than 2 miles and near to many delicious restaurants. There is another cottage on this property that sleeps four if you have other guest wanting to join

This lovely, private one bedroom apartment is located above the unused garage on the grounds of our classic half cape house, just a 3 minute walk to our private beach on the bay. It sleeps 2 with a double bed and has a full kitchen and bathroom, along with an outdoor shower, grill, fire pit and picnic table located in private yard. Linens will be provided.
