Monthly Rentals in New Orleans

We had a pleasant stay. The only difficulty we had was finding a way around parade route to get to the house. Once we figured that out everything else was fantastic. Easy access too the trolleys and busses. It was Mardi Gras so we heard the parades but that was expected. Comfortable bed everything was clean and tidy.

Her place was in the middle of everything. Lyft was able to get just about anywhere within 15 minutes. The only complaint I had which was minor, no TVs in the rooms that you slept in but the main room did have one. She provided everything cooking device you could think of, a regular coffee maker or a keurig, air fryer, waffle maker, wine/bottle opener, pots/pans, dishes… no dishwasher but i would definitely stay here again

I got to the property late at night. I had a little problem with the keypad, but that was my fault. I called Mike and he resolved the problem quickly. He always responded timely. The place was as listed. Clean, quiet and comfortable. He even had a kingcake for me, which i unfortunately forgot behind. Wish, I had it now! I was UBERING and it was a quick Uber ride to the Quarter. The levee is nearby, and I wanted to walk up to it (blocks away, in sight) but did not have the time. I ate at Geralds Donuts and Restaurant a few times late at night. Diner foo and donuts. It was ok but friendly! I would recommend to others to book it, if you want a close vicinity to the Quarter. I was working the Superbowl, so I did not have a lot of free time to explore.

Great location. Walkable to different restaurants.
