Monthly Rentals in New Orleans

We had a pleasant stay. The only difficulty we had was finding a way around parade route to get to the house. Once we figured that out everything else was fantastic. Easy access too the trolleys and busses. It was Mardi Gras so we heard the parades but that was expected. Comfortable bed everything was clean and tidy.

I stayed for two months at Tessa’s place. The location is perfect for seeing all of New Orleans by foot, Streetcar or Blue Bikes. The restaurants in the area are top notch. If available, I WILL be staying again.

I got to the property late at night. I had a little problem with the keypad, but that was my fault. I called Mike and he resolved the problem quickly. He always responded timely. The place was as listed. Clean, quiet and comfortable. He even had a kingcake for me, which i unfortunately forgot behind. Wish, I had it now! I was UBERING and it was a quick Uber ride to the Quarter. The levee is nearby, and I wanted to walk up to it (blocks away, in sight) but did not have the time. I ate at Geralds Donuts and Restaurant a few times late at night. Diner foo and donuts. It was ok but friendly! I would recommend to others to book it, if you want a close vicinity to the Quarter. I was working the Superbowl, so I did not have a lot of free time to explore.

I had a wonderful stay just over the bridge. This was a very safe, secure neighborhood in New Orleans. Because I was traveling professionally, this fit my needs perfectly for 1 person space-wise. The space was beautifully appointed and very detailed. Andrea is very hospitable and kind.
