Located in the granite kingdom with many nice mountains, popular with mountain climbers. In the nearby area, there are many saltwater beaches, golf courses, a zoo, rock climbing and hiking trails. The bus stop is called Uteby and has very good bus connections. 600 meters from the house

Welcome to your holiday accommodation in spring, summer, autumn and winter. Here you live with proximity to nature and Gullmarsfjorden's fishing and saltwater swimming. Grocery store, restaurant and a larger shopping center are 10 minutes away by car. The accommodation is a good starting point for visiting Bohuslän's all excursion destinations and fishing communities in summer and winter. Take a day trip to Smögen and Lysekil or spend a few hours at a spa. The house is cozy, spacious and fully equipped with what is needed for a successful stay.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Large living room with a 6-meter (19.7-foot) ceiling height, fully equipped kitchen, toilet, and a private outdoor shower with privacy. Terrace, orangery, outdoor kitchen, barbecue and nature plot of about 1500 sqm. Access to high chairs and crib. Close to the sea, cliffs, climbing and beaches. NOTE ➡️The shower is outdoors. Welcome to this unique accommodation with fantastic sea views. Treat yourself to total relaxation with proximity to forest and sea. Walking/jogging just outside the house, 10-minute walk to a nice swimming area at Gullmarsfjorden. Proximity to many of the west coast's summer pearls such as Skaftö, Lysekil, Smögen, etc. The accommodation is 10 minutes by car to the nearest grocery store and 15 minutes to Torp shopping center and road E6. During the peak season, we only rent weekly, from Saturday to Saturday. Other times, minimum 2 nights.

Jordfall cottage

Accommodation: Welcome to our newly renovated charming cottage in Jordfall. The cottage is 79 sqm with two bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room and toilet. A patio, partly covered, that can be enjoyed even in bad weather. For saltwater swimming, beach and cliffs, you can walk in lush surroundings in 15 minutes. There, you can also put your boat in the water if you have one. Nearby: If you prefer to shop and enjoy a good coffee, Torp's shopping center is 20 minutes away. Bring your own sheets and towels.

Gullmarsfjorden Cabin

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. With proximity to salt baths in the gullmarsfjord, lovely days on the terrace and lovely evening dips in the hot tub. The house is only 15 minutes from the e6 and torp shopping center. The waterfall camping (4/15 - 9/15) is close by, here is a kiosk and playground. It is also where you go and swim, several bathing bays are available, with both cliff baths and a small sandy beach as well as swimming from the jetty. Walk in 5-7 minutes from the front door to the waterfront

Small apartment of 19 sqm with proximity to both forest and sea. Close to nice walking paths, swimming and plenty of mushrooms in the fall :) The apartment has a fantastic patio where you can barbecue and enjoy the sun. Approximately 10 km to Lysekil city center. Outdoor sauna is available at the neighboring house. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, A/C and combined microwave/oven. Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children. Somewhat cramped but it works. NOTE: only 2 meters in ceiling height in the middle.

The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Within walking distance you'll have access to beautiful forest walks and hiking trails in a nature reserve called "Kalvön", a small beach and cliffs perfect for salty swims and great waters for fishing. With it's great location the other gems on the west coast are easily accessible by car.
