The house sits at the end of the road atop a hill, overlooking the lush valley. You will hear nothing but birds and occasionally the rustling of the leaves in the trees when the wind caresses them.

A casa do Porto is located in the north of Galicia in the municipality of Valdoviño and very close to Cedeira, in plenas Rías Altas. It is a fully renovated and functional old stone house. Ideal for families and groups of friends. Here, you can enjoy the magic of nature and the primitive path to San Andrés de Teixido in a unique and peaceful environment, a five minute drive to Villarrube beach and close to Pantin and the villa of Cedeira. “Bella Storia” is a mini-house located within our property with a garden and views of the large beach of Miño. We are just a three-minute walk to the sea and a five-minute drive to downtown. It is the ideal place to spend a few days disconnecting while enjoying the beaches, resting after the Pontedeume-Miño stage of the English Way or as a base to explore the beautiful Galician Rías Altas. We are strategically located between Ferrol, Pontedeume, Betanzos and A Coruña.

The house is located in the middle of nature, an unbeatable environment for those who enjoy life in the countryside, as well as for those who want a quiet environment a few minutes from the city, since it is located 20 minutes from A Coruña, 45 minutes from Santiago de Compostela and 5 minutes from the Cerceda water park. There are several hiking trails of different distances and difficulty levels available nearby. The house shares a property with my home.

It is all open plan apart from the bathrooms so please bear in mind not much privacy is offered.
