During the warm days, it is ideal for tourism, picking fruits, herbs and many other natural gifts or just visiting the lakes around and the famous BEAR PARK. In winter, there is plenty of snow and 4 km of ski slopes, perfect for beginners. Not far from the area there are more ski resorts, hot mineral springs, an amusement park and two more of the most beautiful mountains Pirin and Rhodope.

Our place is ideal for a short and long term stay. Renovated a year ago, it is in a very quiet and peaceful area yet minutes walking to the center of Bansko and the ski lift. It is fully equipped with everything you need - washing machine/tumble drier, dishwasher, Smart TV, new air conditioning. Our guests can enjoy the use of the swimming pool and Gym free of charge. Steam room and sauna for an additional fee. Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony looking at the stunning views over the mountains.

Cozy and quiet top-floor apartment just a 10-minute walk from the ski lift, 5 min to the next supermarket, cafés and restaurants. There is a decorative fireplace, a work desk and reliable WiFi connection (75mb/s). The apartment features a washing machine, dishwasher and a rooftop window in the bedroom (you can watch the stars at night). There is a big balcony with a mountain view. The building also faces a courtyard and you won't hear any car sounds at night :) There is an elevator.

The house has a 100-year history of the Skabrin family, restored in 2021. while preserving the everyday spirit and style, combined with a modern interior. The house has 4 rooms, an apartment on the top floor and a restaurant SKABRIN RESTOBAR - traditional Bulgarian flavors served with creativity. You can also enjoy the real taste of freshly roasted coffee. Free transport to the ski cabin.
