Casa Oceanside is a cute concrete bungalow about 80 meters from the sand, situated in an approximately 1,7 acre tropical garden with a variety of wildlife, that can be seen daily. The waves that break in front of our house are perfect for beginners.

Our guest cottage is directly on a secluded beach, just south of Dominical. A fully equipped kitchen, with 1 bedroom, and living room with a double sleeper/sofa. The sleep/sofa is OK for children but would not work for 2 adults. A covered balcony allows awesome views of the ocean, and wild life, as well as outside dining. A/C, Wi-Fi, cable TV and a list of amenities. This cottage shares the property with our main beach front home. Rent both and enjoy your private beach front resort.

Right now we also have a construction discount as well. We are usually 100 percent booked at 495, but they are building next door so we are offering huge discounts! Casa Tirrá is a new, modern house with wood finishes and lighting that make it very cozy, surrounded by greenery and large gardens, with a spectacular view of Chirripó Hill. It has a nice deck where you can have a good coffee or simply contemplate nature. In addition to a Jacuzzi Spa always with hot water. The kitchen is spacious with a large island which is very functional as a social area. The beds have orthopedic mattresses to ensure a good rest.
