“Shinya is so welcoming. He tries his best to make sure guests have everything they need. He messaged us several times on the day we arrived and made sure we could get there easily and had lots of tips of what train passes etc to buy and how to travel to our next accomaditions and sightseeing. House is a nice spacious traditional home style, very comfortable with great facilities after a long flight. There is instructions on everything inside in case you don't know how to use things. The guest book he has was fun to look at and to fill in also. We wish we could have stayed longer and felt quite sad to leave! Thank you Shinya, what a wonderful welcome to Japan!”
My house is a Government certified facility. This house has 100 m² wide and be beautiful house and there are 4 bedrooms. Max 13 people can stay there. Pocket Wifi is also available free of charge. High-speed Internet is also equipped at home. It is close to JR and subway station. Good and easy access to sightseeing places such as Universal Studio Japan, Osaka Castle, Namba and Kaiyukan. You can spend a good time in my house and make a good memory in Osaka with your family and friends.
“As we stayed with small children, we were happy to check the room layout of the sleeping room in advance. Also, because I like coffee, I was happy that coffee beans were small bags instead of large bags. I was impressed that it was convenient to plug in the outlets of the kitchen, toasters and coffee etc. on the outlets of each home appliance. I stayed for 7 people in 3 generations, but it was spacious and there were many rooms, so people who wanted to sleep early and those who wanted to get up late were able to spend at their own pace and were comfortable. Also, it was good that the trash bin in the kitchen was big.”

EASY ACCESS from Namba Station with bus #87. There is other room(4th floor with Sweet balcony) in the same building. Please check it out from my profile. 5 min from JR Taisho, 20 min from Namba! *This room is on the 3rd floor without elevator. However we can lift your luggage up to your room directly by using crane machine.
