It was amazing spot and the room was very specious and also clean. There was an also a cafe on the first floor for morning breakfast. There was also plenty restaurant around with a 7-11 around the corner.

Lovely place to stay close to dontonbori main street. but cosy for 4 kids and 4 adults but did the job in having a clean and safe place to rest. x2 toilets and x2 showers were a massive plus as we had 2 families. host was super nice in providing us with some fruit and cake for us daily. a sweet gesture and very thoughtful. thank you very much for your kindness. definitely recommend.

This was a comfortable place, perfect for two people. It’s conveniently located near public transportation, which made it easy for us to get around and explore Kyoto. A solid choice for anyone visiting the city!

This is one of the best places we’ve found through Airbnb. Everything is as described. The size of the apartment is perfect for two adults and one child - European standards. The kitchen is just what we need for a light breakfast/lunch. The level of cleanliness was one of the best we have ever seen. The location is perfect, close to the metro, train station and several bus stops. The communication through the application was perfect, only at the reception there was a nice Japanese girl who was struggling a bit with her English but she was very kind and helpful. Overall great Japanese experience and would definitely recommend this place. We had a wonderful week in Kyoto and I am sure this hotel was a big part of that experience.

Very good apartment for 4 people. The location is more than excellent, with good restaurants nearby, and a few minutes from Dotombori. Cleanliness could be improved and kitchen equipment. Thank you very much for having us, we had a great time!

There is a very large cherry tree downstairs!Although it is still a distance from the subway, there are also many cherry blossom trees in several parks.It is worth mentioning that there are also very many cherry blossom trees along the Kamo River on the Nine sides, especially few people.The room is large and the environment feels very new, that is, the sound insulation is not particularly good, and it feels like someone has been running upstairs.

Check-in is very easy, the host is very considerate to provide popular restaurants around, there is a large supermarket nearby, you can buy some fruit and snacks, transportation is also very convenient, I will book here again next time!

We are four adults and one child. Three rooms. The environment is good. It is very hygienic and clean. The facilities are fully equipped. It would be better if they could provide a few more bottles of water. Anyway, I recommend everyone to stay here.

Really liked the accommodation. Didn’t realise it’s right next to the red light district lol. The room I booked wasn’t available which was a bit annoying but the owner gave me the option to refund or change rooms and I changed and it was great. I’m happy with the stay.

Our best place to stay in Japan since the beginning of our trip. Spacious, very comfortable beds, everything you need to cook, located a few minutes from Arashiyama, in a very quiet area, next to the forest and close to the bus stop that leads to the city center. On top of all that, Jun and Aki are very friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay and will be happy to come back to their home!

Good access from Kyoto Shijo.There are 4 bunk beds in the room, but the beds on the upper level are difficult to climb.It is a mixed room, but the shower is in the room.

Awesome little hostel! Very nice neighborhood. Close walk to the train station. Self check-in was super easy. Bed was comfy. Clean bathrooms. Fridge and locker in room. Only stayed for one night, but I would definitely stay here again!
