It is easy to find and has a bus connection to Oslo almost outside the door. The bathing park and boat harbor are 3 min away within walking distance, The apartment has new bathroom, open living room kitchen solution and 2 bedrooms. Everything new!

Ensjøhøyden is a newly established and pleasant residential area in the district of Gamle Oslo. The subway at both Ensjø and Helsfyr as well as the bus will get you to Oslo S in less than 10 minutes! The apartment is located on the 4th floor with an elevator and consists of 1 bedroom, hallway, living room/kitchen in one and a terrace of 8 sqm with a beautiful view of Oslo and the Oslofjord. In addition, there is a sunny roof terrace that can be used if desired. Street parking. The apartment is in daily use. Personal items/clothing will be in the apartment.
