The apartment has a spectacular view. Large living room with large windows where you can enjoy the view from the sofa hook. Here you live nearby to everything. If you want to take a morning bath, you can dive into the sea from the jetty just outside or you can walk away to the sea bath. After your swim, on the way back you can stop for a cup of coffee at Cafe Eden. It's a Rema1000 shop in the neighboring building There is a rich selection of restaurants at Sørenga and Bjørvika. It's only a 15min walk to Karl Johansgate.

Get the feeling of being in the countryside, while it is close to the train station (4 min to walk) with 12 min to Oslo. The apartment is in walking distance to Kolbotn center, with shops/eateries, and train/bus to Oslo. 10 min by car to Tusenfryd. 5 min by car to The well, Nord Europe's largest spa. Can rent 3 Sup and rowboat located in the garden (only summer months). Combine Oslo tour with peace and quiet.
