I had chosen the apartment due to the location to the clinic and the proximity to the recreational area and the Rubbenbruchsee. My expectations were surpassed. Great location, nice cozy and clean apartment. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment overlooking gorgeous oldtown buildings and Hase river from all rooms and the cute balcony. Top-notch central location, easily accessible with all transport means. Big plus was the covered and secured private parking garage. Well sized and equipped rooms, lovely prepared with free drinks and snacks upon arrival. Mood-lighting, bluetooth speaker TV, and heating/AC were all functional. Water pressure in shower can be better. Markus was great and I will be coming back without a doubt, highly recommend this special place in Osnabrück.

Uncomplicated and clean. The bed was super comfortable, which is rather rare. Gladly come back.
