Enjoy the charm of this quiet and centrally located duplex. The apartment has a private patio with a barbecue and street access. The entrance to the house is through some stairs which will give way to a single room of living room and open kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. The double-height living room gives access to the mezzanine with another double bed. Kitchen with all the necessary equipment, (toaster, juicer, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.) The bathroom has soap and a hairdryer.

It is located inside an emblematic house in the center of Estamariu, a beautiful village in the Catalan Pyrenees 20 minutes from Andorra. If you like big-screen cinema, you can enjoy your favorite film in its private cinema room, the seventh art in the center of a privileged rural setting.

We offer you to stay in a rural setting where you can enjoy spectacular views while taking a dip in the pool. The place is very quiet and the loft has just been renovated, maintaining the rustic and practical essence at the same time. It has a ground floor with direct access to the patio with kitchen, bathroom and living room and an open first floor with a double bed. The patio is ideal for having breakfast or dinner in the fresh air. The pool is shared with us.

the patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. In the beautiful entrance is a huge dressing room. From there, you will access an open space in which you will not find anything missing. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium, and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of guests.

Oasis of tranquility. Cozy suite with separate entrance. Nice, comfortable and very clear space. Three large windows overlook a nice patio decorated with vines, jasmine and flowered plants. Bicycles can be left in the patio under the stairs leading to the suite. Perfect place to rest. Recommended to visit the old Iberian-medieval village and the bridges that characterize the municipality. Quiet neighborhood and no parking issues.
