The house consists of 3 floors and has 2 large terraces with lots of sun and greenery. 2 spacious bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes. The kitchen, living room and dining area contain high-quality materials and an abundance of natural sunlight. The 3rd room + bathroom has access to the terrace. The modular sofa converts into a comfortable double bed.

Verwen jezelf en kom genieten van mekaar aan zee. Dit nieuwe penthouse heeft alle comfort en moderne voorzieningen. Naast een slaapkamer met grote smart TV, een keukentje en een badkamer, zijn er 2 grote houten terrassen, 1 met zijdelings zeezicht, een buitenbad en een buitendouche, alsook ligzetels en een elektrische bbq.

Luxury, calm retreat on the 16th floor above Ostend with two spacious balconies: sea/beach views on one side, city skyline on the other. Designed for slow mornings, sunset drinks and total relaxation. The main bedroom sleeps 2. The second room is flexible: a 140 cm bed (ideal for 1 adult, cozy for 2) or a relaxing chill space. Premium stay with fresh bed linen, towels and cleaning included in the final price. Just steps from the beach and minutes from shops, restaurants and the cinema.

Maison Beaufort - An oasis of peace with a sunny terrace

Relax in a peaceful cocoon in the middle of the city. Enjoy the view of the marina on the (sunny) terrace. Wake up with sea views on the balcony in the bedroom. The best moment of the day when I lived there was getting up with a cup of coffee on the terrace in the sun. Just lovely! The station is a 2-minute walk away. You can rent bikes there. Free parking: 'Maria-Hendrikapark' parking on the outskirts, 10 minutes' walking distance. Apart from tourist tax, there are no extra fees.

Petit Paris is the most beautiful neighborhood in Ostend and is a 2-minute walk from the beach. Our source of inspiration? Ostend was Marvin Gaye's retreat in 1981. He wrote one of his biggest hits here. Marvin was our muse for the design of the apartment.

Villa Roland is een gerestaureerd herenhuis uit 1901 in hartje Oostende, geschikt voor 12 gasten. Het huis telt 5 slaapkamers (1 met mezzanine) met kingsize bedden en 4 badkamers met regendouches. Interieurstudio DemiMaison zorgde voor rust en elegantie tot in de details. Met een uitgeruste keuken, knusse zithoek, terras en ligging op 350 m van strand, winkels naast de deur, combineert dit pand karakter, comfort en ruimte voor families en vrienden.
