Vacation rentals in Otahuti

Justine's farmhouse was a lovely and affordable place to use as a base to explore the Catlins. It's got some of the quirks of an older farmhouse, but it's comfortable and clean and we enjoyed our two nights there. But the real highlight was getting me meet and chat with Justine, who was a delight. She was responsive and immediately solved an issue that came up with the house, and she was very kind and patient with our desire to chat about the workings of the farm. Her kindness and hospitality were a true highlight of our trip.

Pretty much all good. My only minor complaint is the window in the bathroom gets a lot of water on and has a small amount of mold starting to form (poor design on the placement and materials). It's not the end of the world but other then that the place was immaculate clean and we really enjoyed our stay here. It's not worth taking a full star off in my opinion. Great kitchen which was really nice. Lots of room for a big family but I was just staying with a small family. Manapouri is one of my favorite places in the world and hope I can come back sometime. Highly recommend!

Me and friends had the best stay, being right on the beach was exactly what we needed! Had everything we needed, we all loved that it had a fire pit plus beautiful views of the sea! Will definitely come stay again!! Was quite an old place but made it more homely we were outside most the time as the weather really out it on for us! But love an old batch/crib! Thanks again

We thank you for having us at your home. It was really beautiful as we got into the house. Clean, warm and feels like home. Outside was also very beautiful the scenery just amazing.

We had a lovely stay at Leane’s place. She was super responsive and helpful. The house was spotless and we felt right at home. It was the perfect peaceful country escape. The alpacas and sheep were also very friendly.

What an awesome spot for a quiet week away with our dogs; warm, spacious and comfortable house, and a huge fully-fenced yard for our two dogs to run around in. Beautiful beach just a block away, and gorgeous native forest to explore a 5 minute drive away. Clean, well-appointed accommodation; we loved our stay - thank you for having us!

Glenys was a very good communicator. The location is amazing, A decent view, very close to the beach and just around the corner from a cafe/restaurant. The house was cosy and clean and had everything we needed. We’ll be coming back to this one.

Great view of mountains. Short drive to Doubtful sound cruise center Manapouri Lake. The stay was comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped, has supply of Coffee tea chocolate powder, a variety bottles of seasoning. Having a dishwasher is helpful for self catering. Cleaning products for washing machine and dishwasher are measured and quantified for the duration of stay. Bed is comfortable. Sensibly good that the toilet is separated from the bathroom. There's another cottage close by with it's outdoor BBQ just near our bedroom window. It didn't pose a problem to us as those guests didn't do BBQ. But could be a potential issue of smoke and smell in the bedroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
