Ein sehr bequemes 140x200 cm Bett in gemütlichem Ambiente dekoriert in gold und grün … Das Bad zur Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock und wurde mit einer neuen Toilette und Duschwand ausgestattet. Unsere Wohnung hat eine Weichwasseranlage welche den Kalkgehalt minimiert. Ein eigener Hauseingang sorgt für die nötige Privatsphäre.

Our apartment is suitable for home office. It is in a quiet and sunny location. The entrance is separate and leads via the staircase to the upper floor. The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette, a cozy single bed (1 x 2 meters) and a cozy seating area that can be used as a double bed when folded out, as well as a dining area and TV. The bathroom, as a separate room, is only accessible to you. Starting point for excursions. Parking, small seating area in the garden under the trees.

There is a 2 x 2 m box spring bed in the living room, divided electrically adjustable slatted frames, two bedside tables. A dining area with table and two chairs. Kitchen fully equipped. Laundry room with toilet. Shower with glass doors. Separate entrance. Cleanliness and hygiene is our top priority for our guests.

Check-in is possible via key safe. Parking right by the house, 15-minute drive to Allgäu Airport. The guest area on the 2nd floor comprises two double bedrooms - a small living room with small dining table and a shower room. NO KITCHEN, but fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and dishes (dishes do not have to be washed by guests). A kebab snack bar is open in the house from 11 am to 8 pm. 150 m away is a bakery where you can get coffee & fresh baked goods

Thanks to the good location and the good transport connections, we are perfectly located for excursions to Munich, Ulm, Lindau, Kempten and the Alps.
