For rent, our beautiful and unique family holiday home in Ouddorp, suitable for max. 8 adults + 2 kids and located 1 kilometer from the beach and a 10-minute bike ride from the village. The house is located about two hundred meters from the public road and can be reached via a its own driveway. Detached, enormous garden (1 hectares) with trees and grass, bordered by "schurvelingen" (little dikes) and a ditch, an ideal and relaxing place to be together with your family and friends.

This monumental villa, dating from 1916, is also called “the Pipi Longstocking house”. The villa is centrally located between Rotterdam and The Hague. The RandstadRail is within 2 minutes walking distance. The villa has a very large park-like garden with various terraces and a large lawn. There are two large double bedrooms and a baby room with balcony. The living room and kitchen are spacious. Also there is a separate office and utility room.

During your stay, you have plenty of space to relax in our luxurious and spacious garden house, but also outside on the terrace. Nearby, you can use beautiful cycling routes. The beach is less than 15 minutes away. From our driveway, you can walk straight into the polder. You can park your car (and boat) at the garden house. Smoking is not allowed in the property. The house is renovated with all luxury and beautiful decoration in a quiet area. There are 2 duplex apartments, each with 2 levels. Nice for 2 families, having their privacy. The apartments have a luxury made to measure Kitchen with all Kitchen appliances of Siemens. Also an espresso maker of Nespresso and a kettle with an assortiment of Tea’s! Our villa is fantastically located in the old Zoute, 10 minutes' walk from the Albert, Knokke and Zoute beach. You can enjoy total tranquility in a beautiful green area and only have to travel 300 meters to enjoy the nice shops and the coziest restaurants. Parking space for 2 cars. This house is suitable for enjoying our beautiful North Sea in every season.
