Del Boca Vista *Super clean*Come and stay here, cleaner and less traffic/ exposure than any hotel. This apartment is clean and nice. It also has fiber optic internet, a desk, a big screen smart tv, a shower door w/ a heated bathroom floor, and washer/ dryer. This apartment is accessed through a common area laundry room. A park with walking paths, playground, creek, tennis courts, etc is across the street. Brooktree Golf and Downtown are a few blocks away. This unit is an exceptional value, more so for longer stays.
Private Room-The House Next DoorThis private room is on the second floor and shares a bathroom with another private room. The home has kitchen, living, dining, study, powder room and family room on the main floor for all guest to use during their stay. There is a laundry area in the basement for guest with us for a week or longer. The home has been remodeled, saving the old stain glass windows and the beautiful woodwork. The House is 2 blocks from grocery store, 3-6 blocks from restaurants, bakery and pizza. Faribault is home to historic buildings, Faribo Woolen Mills, SSM School,Paradise Center for the Arts and Alexander Park/Water Park. There is a bike trail 2 blocks from the house which runs along side the river (kayaking). Faribault is on 35W and 40 miles south of Minneapolis.
Dartt's Park FlatMain level 1 bed, 1 bath apartment in a duplex. The unit has been completely renovated, all finishes are new. Upgraded appliances and finishes, very comfortable, very nice if you're looking for something nicer than most. Only shared room is the laundry. Traveling with some people but don't want to stay in the same unit, you rent the top, put the others in the lower level, you'll have the whole place.
