House vacation rentals in Pagosa

A very nice place, close to town but far enough away, quiet neighborhood, and very comfortable.

The house was perfect for our Family. Everything we needed and more. We would love to come back in Summer and see this beautiful area.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Pagosa Springs! The home was spotless and felt so inviting the moment we walked in. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need—from kitchen essentials to extra blankets, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal, close to all the best attractions, restaurants, and of course, the hot springs. Whether we were relaxing inside or exploring the area, everything about this place exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

GORGEOUS house, finally a rental house that supplies a fully equipped kitchen, quality paper towels and toilet paper. There was actually propane to make use of the fire pit. I’m so tired of cheap cookware and paper thin toilet paper. Parking in the garage was a nice bonus! Using the internet was flawless, no problems with speed or connection times. The owners have put money and pride into this house and it shows. I’m a property manager-I have a very well trained eye! Additionally this house was impeccably clean and well organized. Can’t wait to stay here again! PS - bring fire pit sticks for s’mores. Such a fun treat for the kids!

Best family vacation ever this cabin is the best one listed by Vacasa you will not regret it fish love the green garlic power bait house was better than expected we will definitely stay here again and again don’t pass this place up 💯 the best spot in Pagosa Springs everything you need is five minutes away Walmart street market and Roses pizza and two chicks and a hippie for breakfast absolutely delicious food!

We loved the open floor plan on this house. Also loved the Mountain View from the front bedroom. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip!

House was extremely clean and comfortable. Felt very at home right away. Everything was easy to find and operate. Beds were comfortable. Favorite thing about the house was sitting in the front room that has all the windows just drinking my coffee enjoying the silence. Beautiful home. There was just the three of us on this trip, but I would recommend this home to anyone that has the need to accommodate a large group as this house could easily sleep 10-12 people or more comfortably. And the town of Pagosa Springs…I’m in love! Looking forward to staying again next hunting season!!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Home was just as described and the surrounding area was great. It provided a good spot to get to skiing, hiking ,even hot air balloon. It was a fantastic vacay and hopefully we’ll be back soon!

Perfect location for days skiing at Wolf Creek and evenings in Pagosa Springs. House is extremely nice, well stocked, and comfortable.

This was a great place to stay for families going to Pagosa Springs - super close to town but still a little removed for privacy and quiet. The view of the mountains from the deck was gorgeous. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen, tubes for sledding and the hot tub! Included were cushy robes that were real winners! This house is on the side of Pagosa that leads to Wolf Creek so if you’re skiing it’s quite convenient. Definitely would recommend and Brad & his co-hosts were super responsive. Thanks!

Great place for family ski trip! Lots of space, amenities and a beautiful deck to enjoy. Location is great for all things in and around Pagosa Springs. Cindy was a great host and was clear in her instructions.

This is such a cute little place to stay! We stayed to go to the hot springs, and it's perfect walking distance if it's not too cold outside, but easy driving if you want to have your car handy. The Carriage House was clean and the main bed was super comfy!

This place was 10/10! The view was way better than pictured! The house was exactly what I was looking for. The kitchen had everything you could think of. The rooms were big and spacious. The house was close to town but yet far enough away. I do have a 1 year old so we had our own baby gate to put up on the stairs if anyone has little ones.

We had a relaxing stay, Natalie was super friendly. Very nice neighborhood.

I was in town for some training I needed a close place to stay that was affordable. Stan's place fit all of that plus had some nice conveniences that I appreciated also. Would def stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Pagosa Springs during our family ski trip! The location was perfect—conveniently situated between the fantastic town of Pagosa Springs and Wolf Creek ski area, making it easy to enjoy both the slopes and local spots. The property was exactly as described, with everything we needed for a comfortable week-long stay. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made the whole experience even smoother. Finding the place was a breeze, and we couldn’t have asked for a better base for our trip. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

We had a great time at Bethany's place. There were a few minor things that needed to be fixed but nothing that affected our overall experience. Would stay again.

The house was immaculate and so beautiful. We were treated to a snow storm and got to enjoy the hot tub in the beautiful snowy scenery (and it had already been filled and heated for us). The house had everything we needed to have a lovely time. The loft area was a highlight! My 6 year old daughter cried when we had to leave and made me promise we’d come back sometime. 😉😆🤩
