Wonderful location close to the beach, large apartment, comfortable beds, well-equipped, all comforts with air conditioning. We went between 2 couples and 2 children and loved the space. The augusto always available to remedy any doubt, there is no way to regret!! Wonderful stay!!

debora's apartment has beautiful views,we have breakfast looking at the sea,super comfortable and quiet,Debora and her family are always attentive. Quiet ,family-friendly area,the beach is divine and is meters from the apto. There is a super close and some restaurants to go by car,I recommend those of Guarda do Embau.

If I had more stars, I would put more!!!!! IMPECCABLE HOSTESS! BEST AWAY!!!! We will repeat again, God willing. She is a total genius!!!! I am missing words to explain the excellence of their service.

Very nice house! Very large and comfortable for 8 people, it is a bit far from the tourist beaches of Florianopolis but the location is super safe and nice but without beaches nearby.

Our reception was wonderful already starting with a warm coffee and cake. The house is exactly like in the pictures. We use the pool and the BBQs a lot (which has skewers and grills available). The whole space was very clean, clean bed linen and towels at the disposal. Including there was shampoo and soap available in the bathroom, as well as an excellent hairdryer. Edemilson always answered our questions promptly and was at your disposal to what we needed. The air-conditioning was great in the face of the heat that was in the days we stayed. In addition, the balcony area with network and chair was also well used. There is also a great market very close by. All perfect. We recommend!

The place, no words. Everything is impeccable, in perfect condition, everything you need and more, everything is very technological and easy to use. And of all things there is more than one option, that is two kitchens, two electric turkeys, two sets of crockery etc. When we saw it on the page we seemed pretty, but when we met it we really ran out of words. Better than a hotel, and 2 blocks literal from the beach. (note that it has everything for the beach, umbrella, repository, cart, boards). On the barbecue it has a special fridge for the beer, imposing. Karine and her husband, generosity and immense attention. They resolved all our concerns and were always attentive to making everything easier. We had to stay one more night because of a car problem, and they made everything a lot easier. We are very comfortable with your treatment. 200% Recommended. The place and on the date we choose to go, it's paradise…. Beautiful beach, temperate waters, few people in March.

Our stay was great. The house perfectly met expectations, is super comfortable and has everything we need to stay for several days with peace of mind. The location is very good, excellent for those looking for a quieter place, but also want to visit other beaches in the region, since the access is easy. I also highlight the host Carlos, who was super accessible and attentive to us, always willing to help. He helped us when we need it, which was certainly a difference during our stay. We really appreciated the thorough check-in guide and local recommendation guide on the listing profile. The apartment is in a great area with a beautiful private beach behind it. We spent all our time doing outdoor activities across the island, so it was a great central location to return back to. We also appreciated the apartment having a few spare beach towels to use!
