The Cottage is a studio apartment. It has a full kitchen, coffee pot, coffee, sugar and cream. The bathroom has a shower with bath soap, towels, shampoo, and a hair dryer. There is a twin bed with a trundle bed. Nice decor. Great patio. TV with netflix and local stations. Free wifi. Easy to find. Within walking distance of downtown and 35 real good restaurants. Washer and dryer on property, just ask for it. Pets allowed.

I have very cozy and quite house in the center of Amarillo. It is conveniently located right off I-40 and is close to everything Amarillo has to offer from Palo Duro Canyon that I highly recommend, to Cadillac Ranch and the Big Texan 72 oz steak. right off of 1-40. Lots of restaurants, shopping near by. 3 bedroom home. We rent 2 guest rooms in our house both with pillow top queen beds. Kitchen, washer and dryer available. Smoke free home. We want to welcome you and your family into our home.
