Great, easygoing and safe neighborhood, with lot's of cafe's and places to eat within walking distance. **PLEASE NOTE currently there are construction works going on the roof of the building. The air-conditioned quiet guest apartment, with living room and bedroom as well as bathroom, is located in Panketal, Schwanebeck district, on the city border with Berlin-Buch, near the Helios-Klinikum. From the Barnim motorway triangle, we are reachable in 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car. Within walking distance in 10 minutes are Netto, REWE, DM, Beränke-Hoffmann and the Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

Lovely little studio (35 m2) in the BEST city location, on foot to Alexanderplatz. Ideal for a SHORT stay of 2 persons. Good for business travelers! PROS: balcony for smokers (!) + a lot of daylight + stable WiFi + hairdryer + basic cooking facilities + high quality queen size bed + check-in at night possible + plenty of public transport options + elevator + babybed (if needed) CONTRAS: no parking facilities in the area - no washing machine - no a/c (hot in summer) - no TV - expensive

Mini Apartment Altbau Prenzlauer Berg

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Entire house-120 sqm quiet oasis near Berlin (S-Bahn near)

The S-Bahn (10 minutes walk) takes you to Berlin City in 30 minutes without changing trains (at Friedrichstraße station or directly at the Brandenburg Gate). The apartment is located on the first floor of our shared house. 8 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn. It has been recently renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a large dining table as well as a sofa and a TV. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 cm; 2 mattresses) and an antique wardrobe. From the bedroom you can directly enter the bathroom with shower and toilet.
