Anna and Nicolas are two very nice, discreet and super helpful hosts. They picked us up at night at the port and took us back on the day of departure. Very clean house, cleaning and linen change every 3 days. The house is complete with everything (drying rack, hairdryer, air conditioning, use of washing machine, etc.), spacious for two people, beautiful terrace, comfortable bed. Location 10 min walk to the port. It is located on the main road, so it is convenient for getting around but you can hear the heavy traffic in August, however we had no trouble sleeping. Staying at Maria's apartment was perfect. Everything is stylishly furnished, you have everything you need and it was very clean. The location of the apartment is close to all the main facilities in Skala and at the same time quiet. In addition to the very nice apartment, the hostess Maria is particularly noteworthy. She is the most loving and helpful host we've ever had. You feel like a friend of her family. If you need help, then you can rely on Maria. She takes care of everything, has honest advice, is always available and we were even gifted with more niceties. The garbage is emptied regularly as at the hotel, even the towels and linens were changed during our stay. Through Mary's help, we were also able to rent a quad bike cheaply and explore the island. My wife and I would drive back to Maria's apartment on Patmos at any time and will never forget the beautiful time at her place. Thank you Maria!
