Monthly Rentals in Paralia Plathenia

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed. It’s quite peaceful and feels very authentic Greek. It’s right on the water and you can fall asleep listening to the waves. There’s chairs to sit outside and watch the beach. It’s a beautiful space as well, staying in a white beach house with a cave-like feel.

Amazing. But not for the non-adventurous. We loved the walk along the sand and rocks, over the steps and boards to the very last boat house. We loved the 30 minute walk up the hill on the road or up the stairs. We loved the sound of the waves all night, our two cats, Feta and PepR, and the quietness and star filled sky. We appreciated the hospitality of the whole family, the history of the location, and the generosity of the Milos people. But again, if you want ease and a resort, look elsewhere. This is a raw gem.

This home is exactly as pictured, if not better! The inside was very clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated to reflect the area, but the real jewel was the outside waterfront cove. The balcony had an amazing view, the water was clear and blue, and it was private on top of all of that. It’s a photographer’s paradise. Highly recommend this property and would 100% stay here again.
