Two bedrooms, living room and balcony, with external kitchen and bathroom, fiber cement roof, fan, electric shower, two double beds and two single beds. Access by boat not included via pier of Paraty Historical Center or Paraty-Mirim Beach. Access trail to the house of approximately 200 meters up the hill. Not recommended for the elderly, children and people with disabilities.
