Majô's house is located just a 5-minute walk to Jabaquara Beach and a 25-minute walk to the historic center, making it possible to feel the tranquility of staying on the coast, without being far from the hustle and bustle of the center. In the neighborhood, there is a bakery and small markets. The beach is mangrove, the cradle of marine life, and so it has shallow and calm waters, offering the perfect conditions for stand up and kayaking. There are several kiosks where you can have lunch, dinner and drinks with your feet in the sand.

A lamp line illuminates the garden. Starlink Wi-Fi 🚀 🚗 Parking: 1) I PROVIDE A CAR SPOT in a parking lot 270 meters from home. 2) The street of the house goes around the Historic Center, then passes the car and it is possible to stop in front of the house. And the sea? 150 meters, at the end of the street.

The house is 150 meters from Cepilho beach. The street does not reach the house yet, but they have a parking space available below. To get to the house you need to climb a steep staircase. It is good to bring little luggage, and preferable backpack than a suitcase. the ascent may be tiring but the look pays off.
